Kelly Bain, CDPE, is a licensed full-time REALTOR in South Carolina. I grew up in Richmond, Virginia and moved to Myrtle Beach in 1995. After graduating from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in finance and accounting, I quickly realized that my passion was in real estate. I began my real estate career in 2000 and I have been helping buyers and sellers find their dream home, vacation condo, and to build their real estate investments.
