Steve has resided in the Lumberton and Moorestown New Jersey area since a career move in 1989 from San Diego.  He and his wife Karin also own multiple investment properties in the Myrtle Beach area; to where they will relocate in late 2008.

Steve has a degree in Business from Western Michigan University. He had a 25 year career as a marketing executive in the Medical Device Industry in California and New Jersey.  Prior to joining ReMax, he owned and operated Recovercare, a 50-employee medical equipment business serving the Philadelphia tri-state area.  Since selling the company in 2003, Steve has been an active investor in Real Estate and the stock market.  He has an acute sense of financial value and investment foresight. 

Steve spends most of his time in the Grand Strand area searching for high-end properties, both for investment and for a select number of Client Buyer's.

Steve is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  He is an avid golfer and serves several Christian organizations in various Board capacities.
