Barbara is originally from Tennessee, but made Myrtle Beach her home in 1991. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and is an alumna of Chi Omega Fraternity; she also served as Treasurer for the local Grand Strand Chi Omega Alumnae Association.

Barbara’s background is in retail sales and as a local expert, she uses modern technology to keep you informed of new or pre-owned residential and resort properties that are for sale, current market conditions, and financing options that are available. She specializes in residential and resort properties.

Her positive attitude and enthusiasm show in her dedication to each individual client. She provides professional representation, experienced negotiating, and aggressive marketing.

Barbara’s accomplishments include receiving the 100% Club award in 2005, the President’s Club award in 2004, Top Office Listing Agent in 2000, Top Producer award in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 – highest honor of sales executives worldwide.

She and her husband have a second home on Lake Norman in North Carolina. Her hobbies include boating, shopping, decorating and going to the beach.
